1. Introduction
Welcome to https://moroccoluxuryvacations.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made at least 1 month in advance.
- A 40% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Stripe paiement wire Transfert and Bank transfer. Customers may choose to either pay the full amount upfront or secure their booking by paying the required deposit.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Once full payment has been made, it is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury or accidents during the trip
- Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hotels, drivers, airlines)
Customers are responsible for ensuring their own safety and obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
7. Changes to Bookings
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services if necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the overall quality of the service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
